It's essential to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly. Only spend a little time on one thing; if you're stuck, move on to something else and return to it later. This will help you stay on track and maximise your time.
Additional Information
- If customers are at least 10 minutes late, the game will start, and the experience time will be shortened.
- If customers are more than 10 minutes late, the game will be rescheduled with another available time slot (subject to availability of the game session).
- If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.
- Additional players will be charged accordingly.
- Children aged seven and below can play for free.
- Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years old or above inside the room to play with them.
- Underage teens aged 13-17 will require a guardian to be present, and the guardian must sign a consent form before the teens are allowed to play alone.
- Some games might have surprise elements and minimal physical obstacles such as climbing or crawling. However, if they are not keen on continuing the game, the game masters will guide them out of the room immediately, as requested.
- Each room has a locker to store personal belongings or shopping bags. Locker keys will then be handed to you to hold on to until the game ends.
- Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended.
- Each game session takes approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes of briefing and 45 minutes of gameplay plus an additional 5 minutes if the time bender character is chosen.
